Recognised as Ireland’s celebrity Reflexologist and one of the country’s few Master Medical Herbalists, she combines expertise in Functional Nutrition, Medical Herbalism, Iridology, Reflexology and Mindset Coaching to deliver a truly holistic, personalised approach.
She specialises in digestive health, the nervous system and Women’s health working with busy executives, high-achieving professionals, and clients seeking clarity on complex health issues.
